SARC can often offer appointments to anyone who has been assaulted in the last 7-10 days. Patients can either come as a self referral or with the police. Services include:

  • Immediate crisis support and healthcare including access to time sensitive sexual health related medicines
  • Forensic medical examinations
  • Collection and storage of forensic samples
  • Comprehensive Risk Assessments
  • Patient access to specialist counselling and Independent Sexual Violence Advisors (ISVA) support
  • Service referrals and follow-up calls

SARC's telephone line is open 24/7 every day of the year. Call to speak with a nurse and discuss referral options and make appointments. Training needs enquiries can sent via email.
