Melanoma:
- Affected area changes in size (2)
- Has a irregular shape (2)
- Has irregular colour (2)
- Largest diameter 7mm or more (1)
- Inflammation (1)
- Oozing (1)
- Change in sensation (1)
If score is greater than or equal to 3, refer via 2ww form.
However, any one feature is adequate to prompt urgent referral.

Squamous-Cell Carcinoma (SCC):
- Non-healing, crusting legion >1cm
- Crusted with significant induration
- Documented expansion >8 weeks
- New rapidly growing legion
- Histological diagnosis of SCC
Basal Cell Carcinoma (BCC):
- Ulcerated, crusted or scabbed legion not healing
- Pearly border

- Hand/Back of Hand
- Ear
- Lower Leg
- Other
Risk Factors:
- Prolonged UV Exposure
- Immunosuppression
- Previous skin cancer
