Signs and Symptoms
- Unilateral nasal obstruction with bloodstained discharge
- Persistent Ulceration of the oral mucosa
- Painful red / white patches of the oral mucosa
- Bleeding lesions of the oral cavity
- Unexplained tooth mobility
- Unexplained Otalgia (ear ache) of recent onset
- Persistent sore or painful throat
- Dysphagia for > 3 weeks
- Hoarseness for > 3 weeks
- Unresolving neck lump of recent onset
